The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.

NB. Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

There are no additional charges.

Upon booking a 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remainder due must be paid in full, 8 weeks before your chosen holiday dates.

If booked within 8 weeks of your chosen dates then payment must be made in full.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation should be made by phone and confirmed in writing stating the reason. The date contact is made will count as the cancellation date.

56 days or more before the date of your holiday and your full deposit/payment will be returned.

29-56 days 50% of cost or full deposit whichever is greater will be charged.

15-28 days 75% of cost will be charged.

1-14 days 90% of cost will be charged.

On arrival or later total cost will be charged.

Payment will be by cheque or bankers draft.
